Overview

This project involved designing a 0→1 tool that allowed business users to create and configure AI voice agents without any technical knowledge.

I led product design end to end, translating raw AI capabilities into a simple, intuitive product. The result was a fully functional MVP delivered within just two weeks.

The Problem

Our voice AI models were capable of delivering human-like conversations. However, there was no interface to configure or control them. Business teams had to rely on engineers for every update, from tone adjustments to campaign scripting.

I needed to turn a complex stack of AI capabilities into a no-code, user-friendly product.
